  • Medium size onions 5
  • Medium green mangoes 2
  • Coconut milk 1 cup
  • Garlic paste 2 teaspoons
  • Ginger paste 2 teaspoons
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Green chillies paste 1 teaspoon

Let’s Make this Special Minced Meat with Green Mangoes

  1. Take the minced meat and wash it
  2. Now add garlic and ginger paste, salt, and ground green chillies and mix with the minced meat
  3. Then keep it aside
  4. Now take 1 cup of oil in a pot, heat it
  5. Now add sliced onions and fry them
  6. When the onions are light brown, add the minced meat to fry
  7. Let the minced meat get brown
  8. Now add 1 cup of hot water and cook all the ingredients gently
  9. Wait for 5 minutes and then add the coconut milk
  10. Keep stirring in the pot with a cooking spoon for 5 minutes
  11. Now take the peel the green mangoes and get 2-4-inch-long size pieces
  12. Now add it to the pot and cook it on a low flame without covering the pot.
  13. After 10 minutes, the minced meat with green mangoes is ready to serve with fresh bread for 4-6 people.
