ARZPAK respects copyright and reviews good-faith copyright complaints concerning material displayed on the website. This policy describes our voluntary review process. It does not represent that ARZPAK qualifies for every protection under U.S. copyright law or any other jurisdiction. Rights holders may email a complaint to `contact@arzpak.com`.

We aim to acknowledge a sufficiently detailed complaint within 7 business days and may remove, restrict, or decline to remove material after review. We may request additional information. We may forward relevant parts of a complaint to the person who submitted the material where reasonably necessary, subject to privacy and legal considerations.

For counter-notices, use the statutory wording only if the formal DMCA process is actually adopted. Do not collect or publish a claimant’s phone number through ARZPAK’s general contact page; distinguish information required from a claimant by law from ARZPAK’s public contact channel.

Under GDPR, the usual deadline is one month; where legally permitted, this may be extended by up to two additional months because of complexity or the number of requests, and we will explain the reason for any extension.

We may request proportionate information to verify identity and protect personal data. We will not use this policy to remove any right to complain to a regulator or seek a lawful remedy.

7. Data Retention

We retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, in line with the principle of storage limitation. For example:
