ARZPAK respects copyright and reviews good-faith copyright complaints concerning material displayed on the website. This policy describes our voluntary review process. It does not represent that ARZPAK qualifies for every protection under U.S. copyright law or any other jurisdiction. Rights holders may email a complaint to `contact@arzpak.com`.
We aim to acknowledge a sufficiently detailed complaint within 7 business days and may remove, restrict, or decline to remove material after review. We may request additional information. We may forward relevant parts of a complaint to the person who submitted the material where reasonably necessary, subject to privacy and legal considerations.
For counter-notices, use the statutory wording only if the formal DMCA process is actually adopted. Do not collect or publish a claimant’s phone number through ARZPAK’s general contact page; distinguish information required from a claimant by law from ARZPAK’s public contact channel.
This notice explains how and why we process personal data. Where the law requires consent, we will request it through a clear affirmative action, such as an unticked consent box or cookie-consent control. You may withdraw consent at any time using the available consent settings or by emailing `contact@arzpak.com`. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal.

Personal data may be processed by ARZPAK and service providers in Pakistan and other countries where our hosting, analytics, email, security, content, or website-support providers operate. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
