Redmi which is a sub-brand of the Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi has recently launched a new phone Redmi K50i in its prominent ‘K’ series.

Xiaomi has introduced Redmi K50i with 5G support. The newly launched mobile phone is offered with a 6.6-inch screen up to 144Hz refresh rate.

With a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 and a 16-megapixel selfie camera; there are three cameras on the back of the phone, out of which the main one is 64 megapixels, the second one is ultra-wide 8 megapixels while the third one is a 2 megapixels macro camera.

The Redmi K50i mobile is powered by a powerful 5080mAh battery and it comes with a 67W charger and a robust headphone jack with Dolby technology in its dual speakers.

Equipped with Android 12 and MIUI 13 operating system, the Remdi K50i phone is powered by Dimensity 8100 chip. In order to see the security and authentication, a side fingerprint sensor and face unlock are available.

To meet the needs of 5G devices, UFS 3.1 offers write speeds up to. 3x faster than the previous generation of Universal Flash Storage.

The Redmi K50i is launched as a performance-centric smartphone which is fully equipped with Android 12 and MIUI 13 OS. This 5G smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity8100 system-on-chip.

The company has offered the Redmi K50i phone with 6 GB and 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB and 256 GB of storage and is offered in Stealth Black, Phantom Blue and Quick Silver colour.

As far as the other features of the mobile are concerned it is covered by Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3 for wireless connectivity, USB-C for charging, a 3.5mm audio port, and an infrared blaster.
